A Chef's Vision
Tired of trucked-in fish and mass-produced greens, our Chef envisioned a place where everything on the plate was raised, caught, or grown right here. Five acres, our own lake, our own gator, and the freshest greens imaginable – that's the foundation of The Homestead. Every dish tells a story of the land it came from.

The Legacy Program: Ownership Without the Paperwork
The Legacy Program isn't just a loyalty program; it's the origin story in action. The Homestead exists because 250 people decided they were done with "truck-to-table" and wanted a seat at a table that’s actually theirs. For $99, they bought the dirt with me, securing their place in The Homestead's history.

Locking in the Real Thing
Legacy Members get their name burned into the barn that feeds Orlando, eat here for $60 a plate for life (regardless of public pricing), and get first dibs on every sunset, every gator harvest dinner, and every crazy thing we dream up. They’ll never again pay full price for fake "farm-to-table." They lock in the real thing – our lake, our gator, our greens – at 1970s pricing, forever.
